TreasurySpring Limited is hiring a Finance Assistant on a 12-month FTC to support day-to-day finance operations in our London office. You will process invoices, expenses and payroll, and assist with VAT returns and month-end activities.

As part of the team, you will develop strong technical foundations in transactional finance while contributing to a scaling fintech business. AAT/CIMA/ACCA study and solid accuracy are valued.

Formación

• 1–3 years' experience in a Finance Assistant or similar transactional finance role.
• Part qualified AAT, CIMA or ACCA, or actively studying towards.
• Strong grasp of debits/credits and core bookkeeping principles.
• Solid understanding of VAT coding, including reverse charge.
• Good Excel skills including data analysis and manipulation.
• Knowledge of Xero would be beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Process supplier invoices and expense claims using Xero, Airwallex and Soldo, chasing receipts and correct coding.
• Manage the accounts payable ledger and prepare supplier payment runs.
• Complete regular bank reconciliations.
• Maintain the fixed asset register and depreciation in line with policy.
• Process monthly payroll and pension calculations.
• Prepare P11Ds and PSA return for HMRC.
• Collate quarterly bonus returns and how individuals take their bonus.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns with correct VAT coding.
• Prepare accruals and prepayments to support month-end numbers.
• Support month-end reporting and year-end external audit.
