Job summary

Livevacancies in Liverpool is seeking a Finance Systems Project Support Officer on a 2-year fixed-term contract. You will help deliver finance system enhancements, document changes, and support testing, data validation and reporting across Finance.

You’ll collaborate with Finance and other teams, maintain records, and assist in process improvements and compliance with policies. AAT Level 3 and strong IT skills are preferred, with travel to local offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting administrative, finance, systems or project activities.
• Familiar with finance systems, reporting and data validation.
• Ability to maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of finance systems projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with gathering business requirements and documenting system changes.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of financial data.
• Maintain project documentation, action logs and testing records.
• Develop and maintain finance reports and management information.
• Assist with system controls, user access and workflows.
