University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a systems expert to enhance and maintain finance systems. The role involves leading system improvements, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting users to maximize system efficiency. This position is pivotal in aligning finance operations with the Trust's automation goals.
We are recruiting to a critical post within the Trust to develop and maintain the systems and processes used within the finance function, supporting our strategy for better use of technology, automation, and wider process improvement.
We seek a systems expert who is highly proficient in technology and thrives within UCLH's innovative culture. The successful candidate will lead efforts to improve our finance systems and processes, acting as a technical authority on our finance systems and data. They will ensure system availability and support users in maximizing the systems and associated data to enhance financial management and control across the Trust, aligning with our goal to automate more processes.
The post holder will also ensure timely, accurate, and complete processing of interface data, supporting transactional and month-end reporting processes.
This influential role requires the ability to interact effectively and build relationships with users at all levels within the Trust. The post holder will actively engage with system suppliers to ensure consistent delivery of system availability and support, as well as promote ideas for enhancements and developments.
