Our client is scaling fast and aiming for top-tier status in their sector! They’ve already implemented Dynamics 365 Business Central and are now seeking a Finance Systems Manager.

The Role:

• Take ownership of maintaining, supporting, and enhancing the company’s finance systems, including Dynamics 365 Business Central, Jet Reports, Datascope (time recording), and Continia (invoice capture software).
• Work closely with the CFO to drive growth and change initiatives.

This role is hands-on but non-technical. It is ideal for someone who knows BC inside-out and is passionate about driving business transformation.

Requirements:

• Expertise in NAV/Business Central (BC is essential).
• Understanding of financial reporting.
• Experience in leading business change.
• Willingness to work onsite in London 3 days a week (non-negotiable).
