Job Description:

Our client, a well-known organisation in the travel industry, is currently hiring a Finance Manager, Systems & Process Lead to support a cloud-based ERP system transformation for the Finance core processes. The role involves defining and delivering transformation and continual improvement changes for the end-to-end Finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to define, prioritize, and implement process transformations and improvements. Promote innovative ways of working and drive change.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for relevant systems within the end-to-end process, understanding their integration and interdependencies.
• Identify and recommend improvements responding to business needs, ensuring processes are fit for current and future challenges.
• Serve as the first point of contact for system challenges and support process change initiatives.
• Engage in Oracle community forums to learn and influence future Oracle functionalities.
• Monitor risk mitigation, controls, and audit compliance within Finance processes.
• Represent Finance processes within the Business Operations team to facilitate change and system integration.
• Assist in project planning and lead the delivery of business changes, managing risks and gaining stakeholder buy-in.
• Develop communication plans and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring proper sign-offs.

Requirements

• Experience in systems or programme transformation, with proven delivery in relevant areas.
• Qualified finance professional or procurement/accounts payable specialist with relevant experience and knowledge of best practices.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work under pressure, balancing risks and deadlines.
• Focus on benefits realization, process improvements, and driving change.
• Experience leading change initiatives and managing subject matter experts.

This is a full-time, inside IR35 contract for an initial 6 months, potentially extending to 12 months or longer. It is a hybrid role requiring 1-2 days onsite in West London. Our client offers a competitive remuneration package and excellent career progression opportunities.
