Job Description

My client is a leading property business based in Central London, seeking a Financial Systems Manager to join the Commercial team. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of core systems and maintaining high-quality business data. You will lead system improvements, resolve issues, manage suppliers, and enhance decision-making through data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of new systems and upgrades.
• Manage supplier reviews and tender processes.
• Oversee training for new tools and processes.
• Act as the main contact for system providers.
• Manage system issues and track their resolution.
• Support teams with troubleshooting and training.

Data, Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain strong data controls and system access.
• Establish clear processes for data flow and reporting.
• Support business analytics and KPI reporting.
• Drive process efficiency through automation and AI.
• Support audits and data requests.
• Lead and coach a Business Analyst.
• Support training and development within the team.

Requirements

Must-Haves

• Experience in a similar systems or IT role.
