Qualifications

• Strong understanding of finance systems, controls and data management.
• Ability to evaluate complex business requirements and design scalable system solutions.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across Finance, IT and business teams.
• Passion for automation and process optimization with risk governance mindset.
• Accounting qualification or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of CODA (Unit4 Financials) or other accounting ERPs.
• SQL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance Systems Improvement: develop and enhance finance systems, processes and controls.
• Build and monitor finance interfaces and integrations for efficiency and reliability.
• Enhance reporting by maintaining robust data, controls and accuracy.
• Partner with Finance, Data Analytics and IT to translate requirements into solutions.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement across the Finance function.
