Job summary

Jellycat Toy Co. Ltd. in the United Kingdom seeks a Finance Systems Manager to lead the integration, optimisation and day-to-day management of our finance tools.

You will translate financial requirements into technical solutions and support project delivery while keeping finance systems aligned with business needs. You will manage third-party applications (Concur, Medius, HighRadius, Omnea, Power BI) and drive system governance, controls and improvements across GL, AP, AR and entity structures.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of finance systems and Tier 1 ERP platforms, preferably D365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting finance systems.
• Familiarity with GL, AP, AR, allocations and entity structures.
• Proficiency in BI and analytics tools and ability to communicate value.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for data integrity.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic liaison between Finance, IT and Project Delivery for system integration and optimization.
• Manage third-party applications (Concur, Medius, HighRadius, Omnea, Power BI) affecting Finance processes.
• Set up system rules and processes within finance system configurations.
• Maintain finance systems configurations for accuracy, stability and alignment with requirements.
• Monitor system activity, review logs and resolve issues with business teams.
• Drive finance systems-related change management, enhancements and process improvements.
• Collaborate with BAs and project managers to review business needs and initiate projects.
• Lead configuration and setup of new non-trading entities and reporting capabilities.
• Ensure governance, controls and audit readiness across finance systems.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including configurations and workflows.
• Support testing, validation and deployment of system updates and enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to automate and scale finance processes.
• Support training of new users and knowledge sharing.
