Job summary

Qualifications

• Recognised expertise in enterprise finance systems, shown through accreditation or sector leadership.
• Experience delivering complex IT solutions across multiple platforms.
• Strong technical leadership and vendor management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead for core finance systems and associated platforms.
• Lead finance and payment systems strategy, configuration, integration and development.
• Play a key role in implementing, transitioning and delivering a new finance system.
• Support redesign of core financial processes to improve financial data, reporting and MI.
• Keep finance and payment platforms secure, reliable, integrated and aligned with priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Own application lifecycle management, supplier and vendor relationships, service performance and operational risk across the finance systems portfolio.
• Act as lead contributor for Finance when supporting wider university digital projects.
