Mishcon de Reya is seeking an experienced Finance Systems Lead to shape the technology roadmap for our finance platforms. You will own the strategy for Aderant and cloud integrations, work across Finance, Transformation and Technology, and manage key delivery partners.

You will oversee month-end processes, data migrations, and system enhancements, driving measurable business value while maintaining strong controls and security. A strong communication style and leadership ability are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in Finance Systems (Aderant) in a large, international environment.
• Experience building-out / implementing / data migration with a financial/ERP solution.
• Familiarity with cross product integrations.
• Experience managing hybrid environments (on premise & cloud).
• Experience of Microsoft Infrastructure stack.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
• Advanced IT skills: Excel macros, SQL and Power BI.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience in managing a team.
• Degree educated with an accountancy qualification desirable.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive the product vision and strategy for finance systems, aligning with business goals.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial systems, analytics and reporting capabilities.
• Lead and deliver future integration of financial data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate processes into system changes and dataflow docs.
• Design, build, implement and test Finance Tech projects including UAT planning and scripts.
• Manage delivery partners and ensure BAU transitions for new modules.
• Oversee month-end and year-end processes, reporting, reconciliations and testing.
• Maintain access controls and system security reviews.
