Job summary

PoloWorks seeks a Finance Systems Analyst to govern and develop Sage Intacct across the business. You will manage user access, data integrity and efficient workflows as the finance systems SME for the company.

Based in Cheltenham, the role supports the Client Finance team with system configuration, period-end processes, ad hoc reporting and user training. A finance qualification is desirable, with a focus on accuracy and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Experience with finance or ERP systems including invoicing and GL.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and internal controls.
• Knowledge of user access management and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain user access and security for finance systems.
• Administer finance system workflows and period-end processes.
• Develop and maintain system reports to support finance needs.
• Provide training and onboarding for new users of the system.
