Job summary

PoloWorks is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst in Cheltenham to administer and develop the company’s Sage Intacct finance system. You will ensure system integrity, appropriate user access, and efficient workflows as a finance system SME across the business.

You will manage access, governance, reporting, and system configurations, working closely with Finance and IT. The role offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience with finance or ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and internal controls.
• Knowledge of user access management and audit requirements.
• Experience in report development and system configuration.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up new finance employees as system users.
• Set up timesheet users and manage timesheet approvers.
• Process access change requests and maintain permissions.
• Perform quarterly access reviews for internal controls.
• Conduct SoD reviews and maintain related controls.
• Manage finance system workflows and period-end processes.
• Input month-end exchange rates and obtain group posting approval.
• Develop and enhance system reports.
• Provide system training and user support.
