Job summary

Code Wizards Group is seeking a part-qualified, hands-on Finance Operations Administrator to own day-to-day accounting in Sage Intacct, including journals, reconciliations and month-end close. You will map integrations with CRM, payroll and banking, and work with teams across the company to interpret financial performance.

This mid-level role offers hybrid working (Mon-Wed onsite in Theale) and study support for CIMA or ACCA, with involvement in budgets, dashboards and profitability analysis to

Qualifications

• 2–3 years finance experience in a business environment.
• Hands-on experience of Sage Intacct and journal posting.
• Experience in multi-entity or international groups including intercompany and multi-currency accounting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journals in Sage Intacct, including accruals, prepayments and month-end adjustments.
• Support month-end close and reconciliations.
• Maintain chart of accounts across Code Wizards Group entities.
• Process supplier and customer invoices, expenses and payments; keep ledgers accurate.
• Support VAT returns, audit prep and statutory reporting.
• Own integration mapping between Sage Intacct and connected systems and resolve data issues.
• Build budgets and forecasts; produce management accounts and variance analysis.
• Provide profitability analysis to support commercial decisions and report to COO.
