Job summary

Hays Accountancy & Finance are partnering with a rapidly growing Financial Services Group based in Cheltenham to recruit an experienced Finance Systems Analyst. The role focuses on administration, governance and development of the group’s finance system, ensuring data integrity and streamlined workflows.

The successful candidate will configure and support time sheet, invoicing and general ledger processes, manage user access, and deliver insightful reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Finance Systems/ERP role.
• Experience with finance/ERP systems including time sheet, invoicing or general ledger platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, and proactive problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain and set up sales invoices, general ledger accounts and related finance data.
• Manage system workflows, user access, and quarterly access reviews.
• Develop/improve system reports and provide user training on the finance system.
