• Investigate and resolve customer account queries
• Support Credit Controllers with payment-related queries
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve queries
• Ensure queries are resolved within agreed timescales
• Maintain accurate records of queries and resolutions
• Support account investigations and resolution activity
• Build effective relationships across Finance and other teams
