This role is a strategic, hands‑on position reporting to the CEO in a multi‑studio, employee‑owned architecture firm. The successful candidate will lead the finance function, support strategic growth, business planning and operational excellence, and translate financial insight into clear, meaningful information for designers, project teams and leadership.

About the role

• Full‑time position
• Locations: Manchester, Oxford, London, Birmingham (based 3/4 days per week in London, Oxford or Birmingham)
• Reporting to the CEO
• Leading and developing the finance team
• Supporting strategic growth, business planning and operational excellence

Qualifications

Salary and benefits
