Buro Happold Limited is seeking a Finance Transformation Project Lead to manage a portfolio of finance-related initiatives from concept through delivery. You will collaborate with Finance, IT and the wider business to drive improvements in performance, efficiency and reporting within a global consultancy.

The role is based in Bath on a hybrid basis, with a strong focus on delivering measurable benefits and effective governance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and delivering finance projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent planning, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing governance, risks and dependencies.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders across the business.
• Experience using project management methodologies and tools.
• Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
• Experience delivering finance transformation or finance change projects.
• Knowledge of finance processes, controls or systems.
• Experience working with ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Leading multiple finance projects from initiation to implementation.
• Managing project scope, timelines, risks, budgets and governance.
• Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
• Driving finance process improvement, automation and standardisation initiatives.
• Supporting finance system implementations, upgrades and integrations.
• Establishing effective project governance, reporting and decision-making frameworks.
• Coordinating testing, training, user acceptance and deployment activities.
• Ensuring projects deliver measurable benefits aligned to business objectives.
