Hewett Recruitment is partnering with a growing business to recruit a Business & Finance Operations Transformation Lead for an initial 12-month transformation programme. This hands-on role focuses on cash collection, credit control and invoicing while identifying automation opportunities to streamline processes and create scalable ways of working.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance operations, credit control or order-to-cash.
• Strong track record of process improvement and operational transformation.
• Experience invoicing and cash collection for large corporate or multinational customers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of cash collection and credit control, improving overdue receivables and cash visibility.
• Build relationships with finance, accounts payable and procurement teams within major corporate customers.
• Manage customer payment portals, purchase orders, billing queries and payment escalations.
• Own the invoicing process across software licences, subscriptions, renewals and services.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities across invoicing and credit control.
