Hewett Recruitment is partnering with a growing Malvern business to recruit a Business & Finance Operations Transformation Lead for an initial 12-month transformation programme. This hands-on role will own cash collection, credit control and invoicing, driving automation and scalable processes.

You'll collaborate across Finance, Sales and Procurement, delivering KPIs and dashboards to track collections and operational performance, with potential for permanent opportunity based on programme

Qualifications

• Experience in finance operations, AR, credit control or order-to-cash.
• Proven record of process improvement and operational transformation.
• Experience invoicing and cash collection for large corporate customers.
• Strong CRM/accounting system experience (Zoho CRM, Xero) and Excel parsing.

Responsibilities

• Own cash collection and credit control to improve overdue receivables.
• Build relationships with finance, AP and procurement teams within major customers.
• Manage customer payment portals, POs, billing queries and escalations.
• Own invoicing process across licenses, subscriptions, renewals and services.
• Improve invoice accuracy, efficiency and turnaround times.
• Identify and implement automation across invoicing, credit control and related processes.
• Improve workflows between Zoho CRM, Xero and payments.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards and reporting on collections and invoicing.
• Document improved processes to support growth.
