Job summary

Liberty Global seeks a Finance Manager in Bradford to lead management accounting across the Liberty Global footprint. The role requires a qualified accountant and a proven ability to deliver timely reporting in a dynamic, multi-site environment.

You will own month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, internal controls, and process improvements, collaborating with senior stakeholders and auditors to drive accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA and strong attention to detail.
• Experience in large corporate structures and SOx/compliance requirements.
• Ability to drive process improvement and automation across finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Month-end activities: perform accounting processes, prepare journal entries, analysis and insights, meet reporting deadlines, and liaise with senior stakeholders.
• Control: implement internal control framework, reconcile balances, ensure SOx/compliance, liaise with auditors.
• Process Improvement and Automation: identify opportunities to standardise and automate processes with automation teams.
• Collaborate across internal and external teams in multiple locations to deliver improvements and best practices.
• Demonstrate communication, coaching, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
