Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent.
• 3+ years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in Management Accounting and Financial Accounting.
• Experience managing profit and loss accounts and balance sheets.
• Experience supporting external audits.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and able to work proactively without close supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee monthly management accounts.
• Manage and review P&L accounts and balance sheets.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting on schedule.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Act as Finance Business Partner to stakeholders.
• Lead, develop, and support the finance team.
• Oversee financial controls and policy compliance.
• Coordinate external audit processes.
• Assist with system/process improvements, including COINS transition.
• Analyse financial performance to provide insights.
• Ensure deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
