Liberty Blume, a Liberty Global company, seeks a Director of Payment Operations in Bradford to lead a 100-person, multi-customer AP/AR operation serving Liberty Global group companies and external clients. You will set the strategy and transformation roadmap, own senior customer relationships, drive AI-enabled improvements, and build a high-performing, future-focused team.

• Significant senior leadership experience in a shared service/GBS/BPO finance ops environment with 100+ staff.
• Team-building credentials in fast-paced customer-facing organisations.
• Extensive experience in operations where resource allocation and optimization decisions are routine.
• Deep end-to-end Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash expertise.
• Proven track record in finance transformation, automation and tech adoption with measurable benefits.
• Strong customer-facing and C-suite stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial acumen including P&L, pricing, cost-to-serve and ROI development.
• Experience with SLA/KPI governance and reporting under MSAs.
• Solid knowledge of SOX, internal controls and audit.
• Experience leading transitions and organizational change.

Responsabilidades

• Set multi-year Payment Operations strategy and transformation roadmap.
• Lead a 100-strong team including senior managers; drive structure, succession and talent planning.
• Own end-to-end Accounts Payable with robust controls and timely payment runs across multiple entities.
• Own Accounts Receivable, billing, cash allocation and collections; define AR KPI frameworks.
• Manage senior customer relationships; run monthly/quarterly business reviews and drive customer satisfaction.
• Lead digitisation and AI initiatives to improve cost efficiency and service quality.
• Oversee transitions for new customers and expanded scope; define target operating models.
• Maintain SOX/compliance controls and business continuity plans.
• Own departmental budget, headcount, and KPI reporting; drive ROI-driven investments.
