Job summary

Liberty is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to provide financial leadership, accurate reporting, and business partnering across the organisation. You will manage monthly management accounts, P&L and balance sheet reporting, and drive improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience.
• Experience in both Management Accounting and Financial Accounting.
• Experience with COINS or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee monthly management accounts.
• Manage and review profit and loss accounts and balance sheets.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting in line with monthly reporting schedules.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Act as a Finance Business Partner to stakeholders across the wider business.
• Lead, develop, and support the finance team.
• Manage financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate and support external audit processes.
• Assist with system and process improvements, including the transition to COINS.
• Analyse financial performance and provide insight to support decision-making.
