Qualifications
- Significant senior leadership experience in a shared service/GBS/BPO finance operations environment.
- Experience leading large, multi-country teams (100+).
- Strong track record in finance transformation, automation, and technology adoption.
Responsibilities
- Set multi-year Payment Operations strategy and transformation roadmap.
- Lead VP Finance Operations leadership team and shape priorities.
- Own end-to-end Accounts Payable, AR, billing, and collections processes.
- Manage senior customer relationships and run monthly/quarterly business reviews.
- Drive AI-enabled transformation and continuous improvement across functions.
- Oversee governance, risk, controls, and business continuity.
