Pearse Portfolio is seeking a Finance Operations Manager (Order-to-Cash) to design and lead the operating model that converts approved commitments into billing readiness, revenue inputs and cash visibility. The role sits at the nexus of Commercial Finance, Accounting Operations, Treasury, Legal, Sales and Customer Success, delivering executive-level visibility on cash, blockers and risk.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years' experience in Finance Operations, Order-to-Cash, Revenue Finance, Billing Operations, Commercial Operations or Finance Transformation within complex B2B environments.
• Proven experience designing and implementing operating models, controls and cross-functional operating cadences.
• Strong understanding of complex contracts, billing triggers, acceptance milestones, payment terms, revenue recognition inputs and cash timing.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate the Commercial-to-Cash model from approved commitments through billing readiness, revenue recognition inputs, cash visibility and execution reporting.
• Establish the contract-to-finance handoff process with data standards, ownership, turnaround expectations and escalation routes.
• Lead the weekly Commercial-to-Cash review to surface blockers affecting billing, revenue recognition, cash collection and milestones.
• Report to senior Finance and Operations leadership on signed deal readiness, blockers, liquidity timing and escalation needs.
• Develop dashboards, trackers and control routines to deliver visibility and scalable operating discipline.
