Job summary

Argos is seeking a Head of Finance Operations & Systems to shape the strategic direction of high-volume transactional finance services across Order to Cash and Purchase to Pay. You will lead a Finance Operations team and align with wider business strategies.

You will drive financial partnership, insights and continuous improvement to strengthen cash and working capital while building partnerships across the organisation. This role offers growth and lasting impact in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Set strategic direction and operational priorities for Finance Operations across Order to Cash and Purchase to Pay.
Lead the Finance Operations leadership team, managing onshore and offshore resources.
Oversee end-to-end performance and governance of outsourced delivery, ensuring cost, service levels, controls and continuous improvement.
Provide financial partnership, insights and challenge to leaders to support strategic objectives.
