Finatal seeks a Senior Director of Finance Operations to lead the global transactional finance function from London. You will drive O2C and P2P operations across regions, partner with senior stakeholders and shape a high-performance finance ops team.

You will champion process improvements, automation and robust controls to optimise working capital and financial performance in a fast-scaling, international software business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global finance operations and shared services.
• Proven track record in O2C and P2P processes.
• Experience in complex, international or recurring-revenue environments.
• Strong systems knowledge and senior stakeholder management.
• Experience in high-growth or investor-backed companies is advantageous.

The Role

• Oversee billing, accounts receivable, collections, cash application and accounts payable
• Improve working capital, cash conversion and operational performance
• Drive automation, standardisation and stronger financial controls
• Build clear KPIs, governance and accountability across the function
• Partner with senior finance and commercial stakeholders
• Lead and develop an international finance operations team

The Candidate

• Strong leadership experience across Finance Operations, Shared Services or Transactional Finance
• Deep understanding of O2C and P2P processes
• Experience within a complex, international or recurring-revenue environment
• Proven track record of finance transformation and process improvement
• Strong systems knowledge and senior stakeholder management capability
• High-growth or investor-backed experience would be advantageous
