Job summary

Four Squared is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager for a part-time, on-site role in Worcestershire. The role entails ownership of daily finance functions, robust reporting and strong financial controls to support growth.

Qualifications

• AAT Level 4 qualification.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Finance Manager role.
• Strong management accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Excellent working knowledge of Xero.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily financial operations.
• Producing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Credit control and customer payment collection.
• Bank reconciliations and maintaining financial records.
• VAT returns and HMRC compliance.
• Payroll and pension administration.
• Fixed asset management and depreciation schedules.
• Liaison with accountants, auditors and banking partners.
• Identifying and improving financial processes and reporting systems.
