Job summary

Smartbox Assistive Technology Limited in Malvern is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to own day-to-day finance across the UK entities in an international group.

You’ll lead month-end, management accounts, control improvements, payroll, statutory reporting, and guide a small finance team while partnering with budget holders.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with UK payroll experience and intercompany knowledge.
• Experience owning month-end and statutory reporting.
• Strong balance sheet controls and reconciliations.
• Leadership of a small finance team in a multi-entity group.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full month-end process and produce management accounts.
• Strengthen financial controls and support statutory submissions and audit prep.
• Oversee payroll and regulatory submissions.
• Guide and develop a small finance team and collaborate with budget holders.
