Job summary

Pure 4 Recruitment is helping a fast-growing international business in the UK recruit a Management Accountant to lead monthly management accounts and enhance reporting standards. You will own month-end close, provide commercial insights and support financial reporting across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified or newly qualified (CIMA, ACCA or ACA).
• Experience preparing monthly management accounts from start to finish.
• Strong month-end experience including journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations.
• Good understanding of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reporting.
• Experience working with multiple revenue streams within an e-commerce environment.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Lookups.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Able to manage your own workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience working within an SME or multi-entity business.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts with P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Produce commentary and variance analysis for senior management.
• Manage month-end close including journals, accruals and reconciliations.
• Process multi-entity currency transactions and revaluations.
• Produce ad hoc financial reports for senior management.
• Support VAT and statutory reporting requirements.
