Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA credentials.
• 5 years post-qualification experience in a senior finance role.
• Proven ownership of month-end close and management reporting in a multi-entity group.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close across the group and drive timetable.
• Support Treasury with daily cash control, FX, tax and cash efficiency.
• Own ERP reconciliations and monthly balance-back to Group sales reports.
• Lead, manage and develop the management accounting team.
• Deliver monthly management reporting against budget across UK entities and subsidiaries.
• Own statutory filings and company secretarial matters.
• Manage corporation tax estimates, R&D claims coordination, and insurance renewals with advisers.
• Support external audit and covenant compliance monitoring.
