CMA Recruitment Group is assisting a Verwood-based SME to recruit a Finance Manager responsible for the entire finance function. You will lead budgeting, cash flow forecasting and reporting to support strategic decisions.

The role involves interaction with banks, audits, and cross-functional teams to drive improvements and growth. A strong background in SME finance and qualifications such as ACA/ACCA/CIMA are preferred.

Qualifications

• Lead finance within an SME, owning planning, forecasting and reporting.
• Develop and monitor budgets, cash flow and financial analyses to inform decisions.
• Support compliance, audits and process improvements across the business.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing budgeting, cash flow forecasting and financial analysis.
• Leading monthly close processes and reporting to senior management.
• Managing banking relations and foreign exchange as needed.
