Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group seeks a Finance Manager for Homes Analysis & Insight in Bristol Harbourside, with a hybrid pattern requiring two days per week in the office. You will partner with senior finance leaders to turn data into actionable insight on product performance and disclosures.

You'll own external reporting for Homes, support hedging impacts on margins, and contribute to capital optimisation initiatives while building strong stakeholder relationships across Finance and the Business.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 3+ years in financial planning, forecasting and analysis within Financial Services.
• 3+ years' experience presenting financial insights or executive-level reporting in a complex org.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends and derive insights.
• Excellent communication and storytelling to simplify complex financial information.

Responsibilities

• Turn financial information into actionable insight, driving understanding of product performance.
• Own the Homes external reporting process with rigorous data controls and clear commentary.
• Support hedging activity with clear assessment of impact on product margins.
• Provide financial expertise to support capital optimisation initiatives.
• Build stakeholder relationships across Finance and the Business to deliver strategic outcomes.
