Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Finance Manager for Homes Analysis & Insight in a hybrid role, based around Bristol Harbourside with additional locations including Leeds, Cardiff and Halifax. You will deliver executive insight on the UK’s largest Mortgage Book, shaping decisions with senior finance leaders and the business.

The role requires 3+ years as a finance professional, ACA/ACCA/CIMA, and strong analytical and communication skills to simplify complex data for all levels.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with 3+ years in Financial Services.
• Experience preparing and presenting financial insights, management information or exec-level reporting.
• Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data and identify key trends.
• Demonstrating strong communication and storytelling skills to simplify complex data for all levels.
• Aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Turn financial information into actionable insight to drive understanding of product performance.
• Own Homes external reporting; ensure data quality and provide clear commentary for quarterly disclosures.
• Partner with Treasury to support hedging activity and assess impact on product margins.
• Provide financial and product expertise to support capital optimisation initiatives.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across Finance and the Business to deliver aligned outcomes.
