Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 3+ years' experience in financial planning, forecasting and analysis within Financial Services.
• 3+ years' experience preparing and presenting financial insights or executive-level reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to simplify financial information for all levels.
• Collaborator with Finance and Business to achieve shared goals.
• Curiosity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Turn financial information into actionable insight to improve product performance.
• Own the Homes external reporting process with data controls and clear commentary.
• Provide financial expertise and challenge to support capital optimisation and stakeholder relationships.
