• 3+ years’ experience preparing and presenting financial insights or executive-level reporting within a complex organisation.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into meaningful commentary for senior leaders.
• Excellent collaboration across Finance and Business teams with ability to challenge constructively.
• Proven storytelling skills to simplify complex financial information for all levels of the organisation.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy and multi-deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Turn financial information and analysis into actionable insight for executive decision making.
• Own the Homes external reporting process with rigorous data controls and clear commentary.
• Partner with Group Corporate Treasury to support hedging activity and assess impact on product margins.
• Provide financial and product expertise to support capital optimisation initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Finance and the Business.
