Lloyds Banking Group is hiring a Finance Manager for Homes Analysis & Insight in Bristol. This hybrid role involves working with senior finance leaders to turn financial data into actionable insights, shaping strategic decisions for the Homes book.

You will own external reporting and partner with Treasury to assess hedging impacts on margins. The position requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification with 3+ years in financial planning, forecasting and analysis within financial services, plus strong

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Finance professional including financial planning, forecasting and analysis within a Financial Services setting.
• 3+ years' experience preparing and presenting financial insights, management information or executive-level reporting within a complex organisation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify key trends.

Responsibilities

• Turn financial information and analysis into actionable insight to drive understanding of product performance.
• Own the Homes external reporting process with rigorous data controls and clear commentary.
• Support hedging activities and assess the impact on product margins and decision making.
• Provide financial and product insight to support capital optimisation initiatives.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across Finance and Business to deliver strategic outcomes.
