Lloyds Banking Group seeks a Finance Manager to lead Homes Analysis & Insight, delivering executive financial insights for the UK’s largest mortgage book. You will work with senior finance leaders to shape strategic outcomes and drive value through rigorous analysis.

The role is hybrid, based in Bristol with additional locations, and involves partnering with Treasury to assess hedging impacts on margins while delivering credible commentary for quarterly updates.

Qualifications

Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA
3+ years experience in financial planning, forecasting and analysis in financial services
Strong analytical and storytelling skills to present financial insights

Responsibilities

Turn financial information and analysis into actionable insight for product performance.
Own external reporting process with rigorous data controls and clear commentary for disclosures.
Support hedging activity and assess impact on product margins for informed decisions.
Provide financial and product expertise to capital optimisation initiatives.
Build stakeholder relationships across Finance and Business to deliver outcomes.
