Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Finance Manager for Homes Analysis & Insight in a hybrid role, based from Bristol Harbourside with additional locations in Leeds, Cardiff and Halifax. You will work with senior finance leaders to transform financial data into actionable insight to shape strategic decisions and disclosures.

The role requires a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 3+ years' experience in financial planning, forecasting and analysis, and a proven ability to communicate complex

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA with 3+ years in financial services including FP&A.
• 3+ years' experience preparing and presenting financial insights for a complex organisation.
• Strong analytical, communication and storytelling skills with ability to simplify financial data for all levels.

Responsibilities

• Turn financial information into actionable insight to improve product performance.
• Own Homes external reporting with rigorous data controls and commentary for disclosures.
• Support hedging activity with Treasury and assess impact on product margins for decision making.
• Provide financial and product expertise to capital optimisation initiatives.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across Finance and the Business to deliver strategic outcomes.
