Compass Corporate Services is partnering with a reputable care home provider in and around London. They seek a Finance Manager to lead financial performance and reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and be instrumental in driving growth.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage and mentor finance team members.
• Develop and implement data-driven financial strategies.
• Collaborate across departments for financial insights.
