Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust seeks a Finance Manager Financial Control & Capital to provide expert leadership across capital accounting, financial reporting and governance. You will be the operational deputy to the Financial Controller and lead the Trust's Capital Plan delivery, ensuring resources are used effectively to support patients and service users.

You will oversee capital accounting, VAT, governance and NHS returns, with IFRS compliance and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with leadership experience in finance.
• Experience with capital accounting, financial reporting and governance.

Responsabilités

• Act as operational deputy to the Financial Controller across capital accounting, capital VAT, financial reporting and governance.
• Lead and deliver the Capital Plan and the capital resource limit.
• Support statutory accounts and NHS financial returns and ensure IFRS and NHS accounting compliance.
• Develop and mentor members of the Financial Accounts team and drive continuous improvement of financial systems and controls.
