Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking an ambitious Finance Manager – Financial Control & Capital to lead capital accounting, VAT, reporting and governance. You will act as operational deputy to the Financial Controller and influence capital investment and resource use to improve patient services.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, support the capital plan, and provide robust financial advice while developing the Financial Accounts team and driving improvements across finance

• Acting as operational deputy to the Financial Controller, providing technical leadership across capital accounting, capital VAT, financial reporting and governance.
• Leading the Trust's Capital Plan and delivering capital resources, supporting statutory accounts and NHS returns.
• Developing and mentoring members of the Financial Accounts team and delivering continuous improvements to financial systems and controls.
