In this varied and hands on role, you’ll:

Deliver monthly management accounts and finance performance packs to the Managing Director

Manage sales and purchase ledgers, including customer invoicing, supplier payments, and reconciliations

Oversee cashflow, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic business decisions

Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations (MTD, VAT, PAYE, CIS, DRC) and internal audit processes

Lead, train, and support the finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Conduct financial analysis to improve profitability and enhance purchasing strategy

Manage insurance renewals, leases, and loan arrangements

Collaborate with Supply Chain, HR, and Operations teams to maintain strong financial visibility
