We’re seeking an entrepreneurial and ambitious Finance Manager to join our client’s team in the vibrant South-East of the UK. As their Finance Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing the major remit of financial operations, analysing data, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making to the Board. You will also collaborate closely with a number of cross-functional teams, providing financial guidance to drive business growth and profitability via up-to-date data and financial direction.

Key Responsibilities:

What We Want to See From You:

• Ideally a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
• Proven experience in financial management, with a track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Experience in the fresh produce industry, agriculture, or FMCG sectors preferred but not a necessity.
