Our client is an SME consultancy that provides outsourced financial management services to their clients.

They are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Finance Manager to act as in-house finance for one of their fast-growing technology clients.

In this standalone role, you’ll take ownership of the company’s day-to-day financial operations, ensure the accuracy of financial reporting, and implement sound financial controls. This is a flexible, remote-first role with the opportunity to work directly with C-Suite executives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Bookkeeping: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, maintaining accurate and current financial records.
2. Core Accounting: Manage all entries from cash book through to trial balance.
3. Strategic and Analytical Support: Enhance financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting, to support business growth.

About You

• Proven experience working in dynamic, fast-paced, or entrepreneurial settings.
• Confidence in leading the finances of an SME and producing meaningful management reports.
• Comfortable working autonomously, as this role is remote-first.

This role offers a salary of £45,000 - £55,000.
