Director | Supporting high growth Tech and Digital Start-ups / Scale-ups with CFO hires in London

Zanda is an Executive search partner that works exclusively with high growth start-ups as they look to scale their business with senior talent. Zanda partners with VC’s, Founder’s, CEO’s and CFO’s when it comes to successfully delivering on key senior appointments.

Who’s the business

Zanda is partnering with a rapidly growing Series A, B2B SaaS business with an ARR of £3million and targeting 100% growth this year. With a presence in the UK and US, they have experienced recent investment from a Top Tier VC.

The Founder is looking to hire their first Head of Finance, who can play a critical role in bringing finance in-house and shaping the strategy whilst partnering with the Senior Leadership team. The business operates remotely, with the leadership team based internationally.

What experiences you will gain

• Reporting to the Founder and partnering with the Heads of Departments
• Managing the board reporting and Investor relations
• Responsible for the monthly management reporting and key SaaS metrics including LTV, CAC and budgeting, and forecasting
• Managing year end accounts, treasury and expenses and introducing accurate and controlled processes, focusing on scalability and efficiency
• Capturing and improving sales metrics, reporting and processes including ROI, conversion rates and calculating sales commissions
• Implementing and leading projects across the business which have been identified by the Founder
• Identifying and analysing market opportunities for business growth
• Providing financial leadership across the business, presenting, and communicating critical financial matters when required
• Implementing relevant financial systems
• Supporting the Founder with future fundraising rounds, including the model and data rooms
• Managing the relationship with the VC Investors
• Managing the outsourced accounts team and as the company scales, building a high performing finance team in house
