VisionFR is delighted to be acting on behalf of a Creative Design Agency in their search for a Finance Manager (part-time). This is an exciting time to be joining this dynamic agency.

As Finance Manager, you’ll run the day to day finances of the company, reporting into the Finance Director. The role is for 3 days per week (24 working hours), with 1-2 days worked in the London office (some flexibility can be offered in regards to schedule of working hours).

Finance Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on management of all accounting ledgers
• Preparing monthly management accounts, including variance analysis
• Month end Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Analysis of KPI and WIP Balance
• Purchase invoice postings and payments and sales, billing and receipts postings
• Manage bank reconciliations
• Expenses checking and coding
• Credit card analysis and postings
• Regular balance sheet reconciliations
• Project accounting for client shoots
• Quarterly VAT returns

Finance Manager Required Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience in a similar business, preferably within brand, design, creative or production industries
• Excellent attention to detail and a commercial approach
• Well organised, self-motivated, articulate team player
• Personable and good communication skills
• A good level of written and spoken English is required
• XERO accounting software knowledge preferred along with Microsoft Office and Google Drive
• Qualified/Part qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or QBE with extensive experience
• Ability to work in the office up to 2 days a week
