Finance Manager - PE backed Travel SME - (hybrid) - £65K + bonus

Base pay range

Our client is a global PE backed travel business with exciting growth plans. Backed by some of the most influential players within the market, they provide consumers with tailormade solutions across the globe. Due to expansion, they are recruiting an experienced finance manager / controller to join them, reporting into and acting as no. 2 to the Finance Director. With amazing offices in London and a hybrid working environment, the role will consist of;

• Preparation of monthly/quarterly financial and management reporting
• Building the fp&a framework for the business
• Preparation of annual accounts for audit and annual statutory reporting
• Overall responsibility for day-to-day financial operations such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions, managing a team of 3 transactional staff
• Provide financial and analytical support to the business as required (ad hoc - budgets, spending, reporting etc)
• Performing ad hoc analysis pro-actively or as directed, to provide performance insights that aid growth and focus appropriate resource

They're looking for a progressive qualified accountant with a track record of a rounded role within an SME market. PE background is not essential, but multi-currency experience, along with being excel savvy would be a huge plus.
