Job Description

The Viator Platform Product team seeks an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead solutions for complex Finance problems and opportunities. You will be part of a dynamic team where you can contribute immediately and grow professionally.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will:

• Set the vision for our Finance platform and develop a strategic roadmap.
• Own and enhance billing, financial reporting, and payout platforms that disburse payments to businesses in multiple currencies.
• Serve as a product evangelist and SME for internal and external teams, including business units and partners.

Responsibilities

1. Define and manage Billing, Financial reporting, and Payout platforms.
2. Optimize enterprise billing and sales tax processes globally.
3. Provide comprehensive financial reports for strategic decisions.
4. Implement self-service tools for Finance teams.
5. Manage merchant billing and currency exchange strategies.
6. Evaluate and improve tooling for billing and remittance.
7. Build strong relationships internally and externally to maximize platform value.
8. Partner with Finance to improve cash flow and translate stakeholder needs into product requirements.
9. Create business cases and collaborate with engineering for implementation.
10. Prioritize tasks and manage product backlog.
11. Serve as a product evangelist and maintain documentation.
12. Assess emerging products and policies for value or threat.

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in marketplace or complex billing products.
• Deep knowledge of payments regulations and APIs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and documentation skills.
