Job summary

Tenzing Search Ltd is seeking a Finance Manager to lead core financial reporting and drive automation within a fast-growing technology-led business. You will oversee month-end close, enhance reporting packs, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver insightful financial analysis.

Ideal candidates are ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with strong month-end experience, advanced Excel skills, and exposure to NetSuite, US GAAP, and SOX.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
• Strong month-end and financial reporting experience.
• Experience in high-growth tech/SaaS environments.
• ERP experience with NetSuite and US GAAP/SOX exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close activities, including accruals, prepayments, fixed assets and reconciliations.
• Produce accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement across finance processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insight and analysis.
• Support external audits and ensure strong financial controls.
• Assist with tax compliance and statutory reporting requirements.

We're partnering with a fast-growing, technology-led international business to recruit a Finance Manager. The Role

Reporting into senior finance leadership, you'll play a key role in managing core financial reporting activities while helping drive process improvement and automation across the finance function.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading month-end close activities, including accruals, prepayments, fixed assets and reconciliations
• Producing accurate and timely financial reporting
• Driving automation and continuous improvement across finance processes
• Partnering with stakeholders across the business to provide meaningful financial insight and analysis
• Supporting external audits and ensuring strong financial controls
• Assisting with tax compliance and statutory reporting requirements

About You

You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong technical accounting knowledge and experience operating in a fast-paced environment.

We're particularly interested in candidates who have:

• Strong month-end and financial reporting experience
• A track record of improving processes and driving efficiencies
• Advanced Excel skills and experience producing reporting packs
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• A proactive, commercially minded approach
• High-growth, technology, SaaS or scale-up environments
• ERP systems such as NetSuite
• Exposure to US GAAP and/or SOX compliance
• Experience supporting finance transformation initiatives
